Our Mission and Our Purpose

   New Mexico School Nurses Association improves the health and educational success of children and adolescents by defining and promoting the profession of school nursing. This process involves conducting and utilizing research to develop best practice models.

Certification

    Professional certification provides an ongoing, quality, credential process for eligible school nurses. Certification assures a national standard of preparation, knowledge, and practice. The New Mexico School Nurses' Association encourages everyone to strive for national certification.
